Without going through hundreds of posts, I recall this being discussed here, possibly not long after last years AGM?
Regardless, holders should feel quite comfortable that the management team have made an excellent acquisition choice, and if it’s not an acquisition that facilitate the fully franked divi, then it will be because there is a better opportunity being pursued.
