A director told me that it was the company's intent to pay franked dividends to the shareholders
(that includes the directors themselves who have many, many shares)

To do this and also satisfy the requirements of the ATO, they need to make an Australian acquisition.

The waited for announcement doesn't necessarily have to be about an Australian acquisition however.

It may 'only' be about a Cambodian acquisition as it's also their intent to increase emr footprint in Cambodia.
I say 'only', because I don't think anyone will get excited about it.

Nobody else seems to be talking about it, as far as I can see.
