Does Emr need to get final approval from lenders Sprott? To use the 100million Loan facility to then make a on market take over? Hence the trading halt. Both Gpr or Ksn takeover would unlock Immediate value in Emr and a re-rate would be great to see. Australia is to crowded, for gold companies. Cheers ST
