I know ATC had already started contacting option holders to convert. Its pretty disappointing the options holders didn't start converting their options to remove the chances of a CR,

It will be interesting to see where ATC will be raising the funds from, I highly doubt it will be to retail, hopefully we see a large insto step up to get involved with our game changing HPA coating that offers 30% increase in lithium Ion battery capacity.

Hopefully the CR covers the cost to build the new pilot plant in Germany where we can provide large samples for industry to complete trails while ATC completes the PFS and DFS for the larger 10ktpa plant.
