In February I tried to highlight this company was having / will have financial difficulties and they have consistently provided shareholders with false promises. I also pointed out that if they cannot make a profit on their revenues, this would not bode well for the company, which is now shown by this additional capital raise.

I recently had taken a position thinking they were on the improve but sold out without additional posts here as I wouldn't have added to the discussion.

I think it is time to revisit my previous comments and hopefully shareholders can make an informed decision.

BTW, when people say that financials do not matter, I think it is best to stop, breathe, and rethink your ideas / take advice from others who do think financials to matter...
