Maybe the holders are upset because today is probably the first day that we will never again be able to say that the CPH share price is higher than it was a year ago.
The most likely way that won't be true is if AB gets dragged off by the constabulary, the share price utterly crashes (this much seems highly likely) and then CPH miraculously recovers with a new board and direction. I suppose that scenario isn't too difficult to imagine, but it does involve a crash in the mean time.
Amusingly and ludicrously, the main hope I see from holders here is that AB is found guilty and is removed from the company. If your best case scenario involves police prosecuting the guy running your company, it beggars belief that you would be holding. What really is there to say at this point?
