    Once upon a time, ASIC sued a mining junior, the case went all the way to the High Court of Australia. Its Chairman now has an AO and it is now one of the greatest companies on the ASX. Spoilers: FMG.
    No charges have been laid against anyone let alone proven beyond reasonable doubt in any Court of law.

    The company is clearly getting on with business.
