Wasn't there something about IDSB's financials that was going to determine what IOU would have to pay overall/ in each instalment? Perhaps this is confirming not that they're making an instalment, but the cost of that instalment?
Can't say I've been watching all that closely over the last 6 months, so could be some other detail in the acquisition I've missed.
