If you go back to the IDSB announcement, the purchase price would be reduced if IDSB doesn't reach $9.8m AUD. IDSB financial year ends on 31 December and as per the September 4C I believe they only achieved something like $5.8m. It's a theory but I'm guessing that achieving $9.8m AUD is off the table and this could be the renegotiated terms. Also the trading halt says, "completion of IDSB acquisition". Perhaps it's been renegotiated and paid making the transaction complete.
