All documentation and T&C talks about Crowd1 being the owner of Miggster, there's nothing about EM1/Emerge Gaming at all in their documentation. If anything it seems its already with Crowd1 and all EM1 is doing is providing the service of running it on the real owners (Crowd1's) behalf.
If you don't own Miggster, what exactly are you divesting EM1?
