TBH, I really don't understand the whole Miggster divestment either.
Maybe EM1 is tired of washing C1 money and want to pass it onto someone else who is keen to do so.
Remember the whole sale idea came up in an EM1 announcement - so take that for whatever it is worth.
I'm just happy to sit on the sidelines and watch this whole mess of a story unfold.
