just my quick thoughts on the "sale"

at the moment, EM1 license the platform for its use in Miggster, and for that they receive 39c(?) per user that signs up - for as long as the arrangement is in place (eg if Crowd1/ICT stop paying, then EM1 will pull the platform out from under the "product"

I think by sale EM1 means they will be giving up the 39c(?) per user, and instead receive an upfront amount for an indefinite license to use the platform. Whether that amount is received from Crowd1/ICT or a different third party (who will then negotiate their own license with Crowd1/ICT) - who knows

EM1 would then be free to continue packaging up the white label platform for other uses (if MTN Arena is anything to go by, this isn't a very exciting prospect..)

people are free to speculate on what kind of $ amount might be generated from the 'sale' - I'll be surprised if its 7 figures, I'm using cost to replicate the platform as my valuation basis
