Environmental intelligence software-as-a-service company Envirosuite is raising $10.5 million from institutional investors to support the growth of its water treatment technology platform.Priced at 20¢ per share, the offer comes at an 11.1 per cent discount to the last close price.
The company, which has Bell Potter and Wilsons acting as joint lead managers and bookrunners, has developed a range of technology-driven solutions to help companies manage and mitigate their environmental impacts relating to noise, vibrations, odour, dust, air quality and water quality.
