Yeah look that is the only thing that doesn't make sense about the assumption and also why in my second post I said that a few smart cookies think it is unlikely.
The only logical option I can think to counter that argument is that EMR needed multiple days to discuss the issue with Sprott before it went through AUC but still seems unlikely.
I wasn't the one that originally posited the concept, I was just hopeful as a holder of both as I could see the rationale behind the idea.
