You’re correct about Emerald not making assertions about materiality for Ausgold, Just making the point that EMR states its T/H as material and clearly an offer for Ausgold would be material for AUC owners. We no doubt agree that the current trading halt is in relation to a different matter, hopefully a positive one for AUC shareholders.
