They could issue 100m shrs @$10 and only have 240m shs out there.
That would still make them one of the smallest shrs on the market.,
Imagine if LYC got where they are today with only 240m shrs, look at PLS.
I only fear CR,s raised to keep flogging the story,
A CR raised to put the nuts and bolts(plants) into production, not a problem.
