I really don't think it is going to be shares for the rest. If they get an offtake agreement that should enable finance and i guess that is why they hired ANZ and i assume they are talking to Korean Banks as well.
Anything is possible though so we have to wait and see.
I think there are some really good advantages this time compared to the old studies as TNC2 pointed out.
The build own operate for the acid plant and the power plant could be huge in reducing the capex.
The other thing was concentrating on the key products which enable them to cut out quite a bit of the plant. Also I think it is about 50% of the downstream part isn't needed but not sure of the real details there.
Cons are most probably inflation and the supply chain problems but of course that is one of things that is driving the product prices higher.
Looking forward to see the actual details and to see if there are any follow up details such as offtake agreements or partnerships but not expecting them now.
