Hi William. I am not sure but when the Underwriter is announced maybe contact them as see if you can obtain some. Their answers - Yes/No/Minium Quantity to apply for/?/?
Then look on the bright side - AVR may be funded for awhile .. Also look forward to the next ann - hopefully a ripper. !
