Well this might just be the big binary announcement we've all been waiting patiently for

I've consistently said.....

If this is a "Yes" the SP is north of 6c

If this is a "No" then we're back in the 2's

On a fairly balanced assessment (based on the available evidence, the relevant timeframes and particlarly the 402 designation) I feel this "is" the EXIM finance announcement and the response will be in the affirmative

OR....

I could be completely wrong!

Hopefully it is the EXIM finance annoucement and fingers crossed for a "yes" but I am prepared (and always have been) for the alternative outcome
