I hope you’re right, but nothing has said EXIM is fully funding by debt yet, they’re getting us a third of the way there until they say otherwise. Equity may yet be required or possible further debt.
The geopolitical tea leaves suggest they may oversize credit to secure zinc supply, it’s critical to global net zero and other industries.
