If EXIM is approved, and the SP drops, wonderful - I'd be happy buying more with that de-risking.
$53M mkt cap is miniscule. It wont take much volume to move it either direction, IMHO. But it might take a few days for word to get out.
As I've said before, if this puppy gets funded, then with an average annual post tax free cash flow of ~ $73M USD over LOM, my target will be $0.65 for a P/E 10, assuming 1USD=0.80AUD, and guessing 30% dilution to come.
