Good points. I think this is where Director number 2 steps up to the plate (aka Bacchus).

I can’t believe they would hurt the SP when the same director is predominantly paid in those shares. To him and Bacchus it’s self defeating.

I’m hoping, again, to be pleasantly surprised by the CR tomorrow. SP is as important to the board remuneration as it is ours.

Also the offer to Director 2 was bundled in shares also, and as I stated earlier, why give a directorship to non-performance? You don’t do it do you?
