Thanks, I did find the announcement eventually from 22/09/19. Was quite interesting reading back over whilst knowing what we know now.
Couple extracts that tickled me:
"First shipment of ore from the Riley Mine is currently planned for the fourth quarter of 2019"
"No hedging arrangements are in place, however the company is in talks with major financial institutions regarding a proposed hedging strategy. The PFS assumes no hedging in the financial model."

I don't know exact shipping rates now but the BDI is around 50% more than it was when this report was completed.
Like you say, there is inflation to apply to the other figures but a rough stab without going into too much detail looks around $120-$130 breakeven. So yea, 58%fe ($80/t current) has a long way to go before feasible again unfortunately.
