No, the timing was crucial otherwise how was everything else going to get funded.. There's only so many CR's you can do, it's not a good look already.
If everything had been ready as stated it would in the 2019 ann i mentioned earlier, the below would have been the window of opportunity-
Fair amount of time to add cash to the coffers.
I'm not sure who elses fault it would have been, good money has been paid by the investors to ensure this happened.
No I don't have know of any producers nor am I about to start looking, however when VMS stated "the company is in talks with major financial institutions regarding a proposed hedging strategy." You'd assume it was possible otherwise why say it.
