Fair points and I hope you are right good man. They are basically fully permitted so that is a huge bonus as the permitting process can be extremely lengthy for new projects.
Either way, looks like MDI is now an IOCG play in the NT and on a like for like basis, compared to other peers in the region, at current market cap and hopefully Mongy's valuation in cash, I'd say easy 5x over the next couple of weeks for MDI.
