Barkly is still in grassroots phase. It won't be worth very much. What they'd be able to get would barely be able to fund 9 months of drilling at sandstone.
Habrok Mining was willing to acquire AME about 18months all cash for $20Mil.
I'd like to think at a minimum MDI would be able to get $20 Mil considering the project is basically fully permitted with a plant and 280koz of open pit resource.
Habrok has the mining workforce, plant and equipment ready to go.
