AUN 86M SOI. They could do a PRM and double up and hold an EGM to ratify. At 17c??? Thats nearly $15M.
Pay half in cash (assuming sale price is $20M) and the rest 6 to 12 months down the track after they make their millions OR 50% cash and 50% scrip upfront.
PS If it turns out to be AUN then thats why my ex-broker is my ex-broker!
