So why raise more coin for operating cashflow if they have enough for 2.5 quarters ?? this would mean license is delayed thus we wont get cash from CATH ,, this would be a very bad situation !!!! We also have the $50 million ATM facility , why not dip into that instead of a CR at a huge discount ???? im gonna give them the benefit of the doubt to day and say its for something pretty positive , i hope im right
