"the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to a potential equity raising (comprising a institutional placement)"

So am I correct in interpreting that this equity raising is entirely for one institution? Like one cornerstone investor wants to be in or add to its holding? I was anticipating the last ER and had a lot of cash aside for it, which AVZ didn't open to retail investors. This again has nothing to do with retail investors by the look of it?
