    My guess, they have been holding out and waiting for the ML which is imminent and if they don't CR in the next week then they have to wait until Feb as capital markets windows shut down for Xmas. Nothing to see here , they are keeping their cash reserves healthy and will help us start marching to 1 dollar once the ML received.
