Long lead items will need $$ commitment now to ensure availability, as the delays in ML, Funding FID etc will ultimately push back on Development Timelines. Mgt have shown to be overly confident in many aspects, lets see how they perform when we actually get into the hardest part, Development. So many aspects along the critical path of construction, blow outs to these items will extrapolate delays.
