Struggling to work this one out. If NF truly believes in the value of AVZ, which I think he does - why offer a discount to get this institutional investor on board now? When ML is granted, they'll all be clamboring to get on board anyway, no discount required.

So there must be a short-term need for either the cash, the specific investor, or both. Either that or we're just getting royally shafted (again).

Should make for interesting discussion at the January investor meetings.
