Perhaps Nigel is taking a leaf out of Richard Goyders play book? Doing equity raise raise via share issue instead of African DFI debt raise for the 4.5mt Option .... Or perhaps grabbing some equity as well as African DFI debt for the potential 10mt option which is surely coming

There is also the over counter debt facility that was raised in ASX ann recently recently to bring some US investors onto register?

Or of course Europeans ? .
