    After listening to latest interview the raise looks certain it is for the additional 15% .
    As Nigel mentions the mining licence has conditions relating to how much % the government can retain once a mining licence is approved .
    10% only.
    Hence the timing and urgency.
    Looking good for an early Christmas present for all long termers.
