    A couple of differences:

    The DRC need to off-load it, CATH were VERY keen to get a slice

    Off-loading by DRC relieves them of development costs, which AVZ will be taking up

    Some sort of discount is appropriate, and hopefully Nigel/Serge have got us a good (but fair...win/win...) deal
