I see this rather positively. Share issue at AUD 0.50, is ok, if we get something worth much more as a stake (Why should the share price fall ? )
-> We get something after all? The money will not be wasted!
- more project shares (worth much more)
- Mining licence (worth much more)
- New anchor investor (much more value)
