What am I missing

they just signed an atm agreement- they could raise approx 34 m at yesterdays price - they have the power to set the floor price and vwap period

No need for discount such massive amount - must be strong demand as it appears it’s just a insto placement and all but done ( suspect a catl adjustment because there will be more shares on issue and their deal isn’t done yet- so more will be paid to gain same percentage I guess down the track )

seems odd move considering they can just issue shares at any time Over next 27 months and raise equity - has to be some rationale disclosed at some stage
