It doesn’t have to say it in the announcement, you can work it out. The CR will result in 100 million new shares being issued. There are currently 3,291,623,080 outstanding AVZ shares on issue. 100,000,000 divided by 3,291,623,080 equals 3.0385%. So lets round it down and say the share register is only getting 3% bigger. By most CR standards for a company this size, it is a quite small dilution and IMO (and I could be very wrong), I can’t see the sp falling more than a couple of cents if at all when trading resumes on Friday.
