but nonetheless it is a good example that a major producer operating primarily in the DRC can have a substantial market cap. While I think some of the valuations thrown around here are often optimistic, I truly believe that once in full production AVZ will be extremely profitable and will have a much larger MC than our naysayers suggest. And should we succeed in our downstream plans, then really the sky is limit.
There is still plenty of risk, but getting considerably less as we progress, and for me AVZ is most definitely a highly viable LT buy and hold opportunity. Things fall into place and many of us will be able to retire on it.
