Vintage Energy raising $10m via Taylor Collison, MST Financial

Energy asset explorer Vintage Energy is raising $10 million to fund its activities around the Kinta prospect and Odin gas field.

Priced at 8.5¢ per share, the offer comes at a 13 per cent discount to the last close price.

The raise comes in the form of an $8 million placement to institutional investors, and a $2 million share purchase plan.

Vintage Energy has appointed Taylor Collison and MST Financial as joint lead managers.

The JLMs are calling for bids by 5pm on Thursday.

The funds will also be used for marketing and engineering activities at its Nangwarry-1 site, and drilling at its Cervantes-1 well.
