hmm i did google it and went to VEN website and at the time there was nothing i could find.. but i am old, tired and drained by years of penny dreadfulls promising and never delivering.
but looks like this maybe ok and a small 2mil to retail investors who have stuck with VEN is quite a poor effort, still without the insto's on board bugger all will get done. broker influence in the distribution wont surprise though.
