What do people expect the company to say, yep we're raising more capital, and then the share price tanks. This is part of the game - convincing the market you don't need capital until the last minute to minimise dilution.
Also, it's not like they are raising money because they misbudgeted or squandered capital. They are raising money for a highly-profitable investment opportunity, backed by the biggest lithium producer in the world (who will also have to stump up extra cash).
I feel sometimes that in this era of bitcoin and no-dividend investing that people become disconnected from the basic concept that business have to built and this requires capital, which is turned into mines, processing plants and production lines etc.
The proposed use of funds is legitimate, so I just see the raising of more capital as inevitable or necessary and if they pull it off, potentially highly lucrative.
Glad I applied for my full allocation in the recent SPP and not concerned by this development at all.

You don't know why they are raising the capital as they haven't stated it..... so what are you talking about?
That full allocation you recently were allocated was just diluted and worth less than what is was 48 hours ago. Don't you get that?
