    If FFX require $10M for their share (20%) in the LLL entitlement offer, the anticipated capital raise for the listing would be $50M.

    With FFX shareholders receiving 80% of LLL, that leaves $40M to be raised, and with 1.2B SoI, the SPP for LLL would effectively be $0.033 per FFX share that you currently hold.
