One question ..
Do you think this is the best Au deal out there anymore ?
Without knowing the ratio of split .. free in shares in LLL, its hard to determine .. for eg if they come back with 1 to 20 share ratio then this would be prettty bad deal to stay in.. At what split ratio does this still look a good lithium play ? And what ratio does it stop looking a good deal ? With something bad done with LLL Mcap.. this can look not so good
did they really have to raise/dilute ffx of $10mil to part take in the SPP for LLL .. just a question .. couldn’t they just retain 20% and not dilute ?
