One of the points into potentially looking into borrowing money was that it is not needed right away since they literally just got $50Million on top of a fairly recent $47Million...So an debt could easily wait until after the demerger....During that time any gold pricing fluctuation could simply be monitored. And yes as I said they should only do it if it can be done under reasonable parameters.
