TBH my issue is the lies.

Clearly a raise was in discussions while the previous raise was occurring otherwise AFR wouldn't of picked up on it.

Would investors of purchased in the previous raise knowing that another raise was occurring less than a month later? Thats a question for each investor.

Lastly, we are raising $100m and for what, if there was an acquisition I would support this but to just dilute us all to get more cash to get up to speed when we have heard next to nothing on the gold for months seems like very poor form.
