Well, I bought based on that black and white denial of a CR. ASX do not file away complaints. They get assigned an investigator and they spend time writing a written response after investigating what happened. It's evidence based. I don't need to make anything up as the company has already provided 2 announcements. One denying a CR and one proposing a CR. Just a few days apart. Tricky language is not an out for the Directors. We shall see what happens.

Oh and for people claiming they did it to protect the SP. It is not a valid reason for lying on a continuous disclosure announcement. They should have halted trading and just done the raise. Or next time, speak to reputable brokers who who don't leak to their mates and the AFR when in the process of doing a CR. Straight out insider trading for anyone buying/selling shares who had that knowledge.
