Yes, unfortunately that was what was required because they eff'ed up by using leaky brokers who didn't respect the NDA's they signed. Pretty disgraceful, really. And for the company to come out with tricky wording to allay fears when they did the exact opposite, is downright dishonest. No other way to describe, unfortunately. No amount of Board paper minutes will cover their exposed asses, IMO.
