What creates shareholder wealth is talented, hardworking and honest directors and management with skin in the game. Best to weed out any that are not, asap. Look what happened to Magnis Resources, if you have been following.

If they have no idea how to conduct a CR without telling all their mates at the brokers and letting AFR get a wind before they are ready to pull the trigger, that is an experience and talent issue. If you then want to BS the entire market and deny you are in the process of doing a CR, then that is an honesty issue. I don't want hacks running any company I own. There's a long way to go to production, lots of further deals/licenses, partnerships and technical decisions to be made. I don't want a bunch of hacks making those calls. Not saying they are all hacks but we need to find out what happened here. Heads should roll or at least be side lined or retrained.
