vote with your feet. Sell your shares on open monday. If Mike had confirmed they were raising capital on the 2nd then the share price would have dropped to the 60's quite easily. and they would have raised at high 50's i suggest you say thank you mike. you had an opportunity to sell at above 80c, maybe a few opportunities, and clearly didnt sell. If your response is "im holding long term" then nothing has changed. I heard you were young, take responsibility for your own decisions and if you disapprove of management...get out.
